FOUNDER
Raquel Rubio Higueras
A learning expert with over 20 years' experience in leading and coaching individuals as well as teams in organisations.
Raquel has held various leadership roles in HR talent, leadership development, well-being and inclusion.
Having lived and worked in a variety of locations including UK, Continental Europe, South East Asia, China and the Americas, Raquel's journey has developed her already innate ability to empathise and connect with people from all walks of life.
She holds a Master’s in Human Resources & Development and she is an experienced Executive Coach and facilitator, NLP Master Practitioner, Qualified Sophrologist, Ashtanga Mysore yoga practitioner and Holistic Wellbeing Coach.
