Combining gentle movement with writing or crafting (you choose your own adventure), we’ll explore our bodies as tools for both solace and creative expression. We encourage you to bring a journal and either something to write, paint, draw, or collage with.

Erica is a recovering yoga studio owner currently working toward her Master's degree in London. Her passion lies at the intersection of ritual, faith and the creative process. She believes in the value of pen and paper and leaves trails of napkin notes in her wake. Movement is her medicine. She thinks walnuts are an underrated snack and carries them with her always.

This fun session will give you the opportunity to explore your own creativity through mark making and visual art activities as well as point you to further resources to continue this exciting and rewarding practice.

We encourage you to bring paper, a journal or surfaces of your choice to work on as well as something to write, paint, draw or collage with. Please include colours if you would like to!
